The week saw club participation in road races across the distance spectrum, from a Marathon at Milton Keynes, to 10K & 5K races. There was also Track & Field action from Parliament Hill. Read MoreThe sunny Easter holiday last weekend meant that it was a fairly quiet week for racing, with just two events to report on: the Befit Today Open with a speedy 100m from Gabriel Edwards, and the St Albans 10K, in which Sarah Swinhoe continued to rewrite the club’s women’s V50 records.
