The featured event this week was the London XC Championships held on Parliament Hill, where our Men took the team title, with Seyfu picking up the individual silver medal. The women’s team took 4th place, but unfortunately the Junior events were cancelled.

Seyfu Jamaal added the club 10mile record to his collection at the Great South Run, the Women’s team placed fourth at the opening Sunday League XC, and there was a good turnout at the Cabbage Patch road race
